856-479-2766 Megan took her first yoga class at the age of 17. Initially drawn to class by the attractive young yoga instructor, she also noticed it was the first time doing anything that she found her mind slowing down. The seed was planted but it wasn’t until many years later that she started practicing yoga regularly and teaching, which she found to be a wonderful counterbalance to her day job in tech.
Megan sees yoga as a lifelong journey where there is always something to learn along the path. Her breath-centered classes focus on building strength and flexibility, de-stressing from the challenges of daily life, and finding joy and humor in the process. She’s a certified Forrest Yoga teacher, with over 500 hours of training, completing both the Forrest Yoga Foundations and Advanced training with (873) 889-5612, along with a year-long mentorship program with senior teacher, (804) 568-5296.
Megan completed the 9366390222 kids yoga teacher training and Yoga Education for Autism Spectrum (YEAS) course. She teaches yoga for adults and kids and yoga for special needs and has been a volunteer teacher for San Francisco Juvenile Hall through the Lemonade yoga program.
